Description
This self adhesive film helps keeping room temperature, protecting privacy and blocking UV light. It will turn your window into a modern style. In the day, the film is NOT transparent for visitors outside. In the night, if the lights indoors are turned on, the film IS transparent for people outside.
The film is made of 2 layers, including backpacking plastic film and adhesive film.
The film helps in controlling inner room temperature especially in hot summer.
The last photo shows the light effect when seeing outwards in a room where it is applied.
Sticking tips:
1.Prepare a flat smooth tool like a wide card or folded magazine. The smooth side will be used to get air bulbs out when sticking later.
2.Cleaning the window inner side glass with water very carefully, especially the corners and the side.Make sure there is no dust if water is sprayed on.
3.Cut the film to a larger size than your window glass size, and each side about 2 cm wider than the glass please.
4.Wet the window glass inner side by spraying water.
5.Tear off the plastic paper on the back of the film. When tearing off the plastic paper, avoid folding the film and leaving unexpected signs. Here other helping hands are highly recommended especially for wide film.
6.Stick the film side with glue to your window when the glass is wet.Do not worry about glue, water will not affect the glue’s function and only helps to keep the film flat and easier to stick on glass.
7.When the film is stuck on. it is not flat and there are water and air bulbs between the glass and film. Scrape the film with the wide card or folded magazine towards the glass sides, push air or water bulbs all out. Checking from outside after scraping is necessary.
8.Use a sharp blade to cut the film into the size of the window glass. be careful about the corners and avoid an over cut please.
